Do I need to be home for the pickup?
Nope! As long as the unit is left outside in an accessible location, we can load it up and leave a confirmation text.
How long does a shop repair take?
Most shop repairs are completed within 7 to 14 business days or less depending on the exact problem and parts availability.
What if my machine needs more than a tune-up?
We apply the tune-up fee toward a full Shop Repair and haul it back with us.
What brands do you service?
We service Toro, Ariens, Craftsman, Troy-Bilt, Honda, and virtually all major small engine brands.
What if my machine is too old and isn't worth fixing?
We evaluate every machine honestly. However, older snowblowers are often heavy-duty and highly repairable compared to newer models. If it truly is cheaper to replace it than repair it, we will tell you upfront before any work begins.
